Only the free-run must, with its higher content of acidity and minerality, is fermented in temperature-controlled steel vats. In the spring following the harvest, the sparkling-wine process takes place according to the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, at a constant temperature. The bottles remain in maturation for at least 60 months, so that the wine can express its full evolutionary potential.
This is followed by dégorgement (disgorging) and the addition of the liqueur d’expédition.

Organoleptic characteristics

An intense and complex nose, yet at the same time possessed of a surprising finesse. It releases all the freshness of citrus fruits (mandarin) and yellow fruits (mango, pineapple). It closes with a delicate touch of pastry cream and vanilla. A juicy, polished, exceptionally fresh palate, in which the sweetness of the fruit is perfectly fused with the minerality. Excellent progression on the palate, silkiness and elegance.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Serve at 8°-10°C.

VSQ Brut Classic Method

2017 Vintage Harvest Period: Last week August

100% Chardonnay

12,5% Alcohol Content

48 Months on Lees (minimum)

4.5g/l Added Sugar

Download the technical sheet

[71,69
["post-2652","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-vino-spumante-brut-en","product_cat-wines","first","instock","sale","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-variable","catalog-layout-default","columns-xs-1

<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
